Cancellation Policy for Glo Pamper Ltd
Once a booking form has been accepted or Client contract issued, cancellations will incur the following charges:
Cancellations made with 7 days notice or more – 100% refund excluding deposit
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice – 50% refund excluding deposit
Cancellation of Individual Treatment/Service with less than 7 days notice - no refund. It is recommended that the treatment/Service is shared between other Individuals.
Glo reserves the right to cancel the provision of the Service without notice in case of the illness of a Freelance Therapist/ Affiliate or other circumstances beyond its control. Glo shall make reasonable attempts not to cancel the Service but the Client acknowledges that it may not be possible for an alternative Freelance Therapist/Affiliate to attend the Booking. In this circumstance the Client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund will be issued.
Any refunds due will be repaid back to the original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation date.
In the event that an Individual does not pass the Covid-19 Screening criteria required to experience a treatment and as outlined on the Glo Covid-19 Client Consent Form, a refund for the treatment or Service will be given. Should the entire Service need to be cancelled due to Covid-19 the Client will be offered the option to postpone the Service to a later date should they wish and any monies already received including deposit will be carried over to the new booking. If the client cannot postpone, a 100% refund including the deposit will be given.
