Cancellation Policies for Glo Wellbeing Ltd and Glo Pamper Ltd

Wellbeing In The Workplace:

1) Fees are payable within 30 days from the date on the glo wellbeing ltd invoice.

2) In the event that a client cancels a booking, the client agrees to inform glo wellbeing ltd immediately.

3) Cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the placement date will result in 50% of the total fee payable by the client to glo wellbeing within 14 working days. 

Pamper Parties:
1) All fees will be pre-paid before the Event unless alternative arrangements have been made with a representative of glo pamper ltd.

2) If the Client cancels the pamper party with at least 7 days notice, they will be entitled to a refund of moneys paid, excluding any deposits. If less than 7 days notice is received, 50% of the total cost of the pamper party  will be refunded, excluding any deposits.

3) Refunds for individual treatments cannot be provided if the treatment is cancelled with less than 7 days notice. It is suggested that any cancelled treatment time is shared between the remaining guests.

4) If the pamper party is cancelled by Glo pamper ltd a full refund, including deposits, will be provided.

5) Deposit payment of £50 is non refundable.

Events:
1)A deposit of 50% of the final fee will be pre-paid prior to the Event unless alternative arrangements have been made with a representative of Glo Wellbeing.  The remainder of the fee will be invoiced on completion of the event and payment will be required within 30 days of the invoice.

2)In the event that a client cancels the booking, the client agrees to inform glo wellbeing ltd immediately.

2 i) Cancellation by the client within 48 hours of the booking confirmation will not carry a cancellation fee unless the event date is within the following 7 days, in which case the full booking fee will be due.

2 ii) Cancellation by the client after 48 hours of the booking confirmation and up to 61 days from the event will result In loss of booking deposit and 50% of the remaining balance will be payable within 14 working days.

2 iii) Cancellation by the client within 60 days and up to 15 days of the event will result in loss of booking deposit and 75% of the remaining balance will be payable by the client within 14 working days.

2 iv) Cancellation by the ‘client’ within 14 days of the event will result in loss of booking deposit and 100% of the remaining balance will be payable by the client within 14 working days.

4) Any payment outstanding from the client outside of these terms will be referred to Glo Wellbeings’ debt recovery company and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus VAT to cover collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the 'client' and will be legally enforceable.

4) It is the ‘clients’ responsibility to ensure their venue can accommodate the ‘therapists and if they are unable to offer treatments due to venue restrictions Glo Wellbeing will place the ‘client’ liable for cancellation fees as detailed above.

5) If the Event is cancelled by Glo Wellbeing a full refund, including deposits, will be provided.
