GLO PAMPER LTD - Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy covers cancellation of treatment Bookings. For party accessories and other physical products, please see clause 8 of our Booking Terms and Conditions here.

1. Cancellations and Charges for pamper party & home spa bookingd

1.1 Once a booking form has been accepted or Client contract issued, cancellations will incur the following charges:

  • 1.1.1 Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more – 100% refund excluding deposit.
  • 1.1.2 Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice – 50% refund excluding deposit.
  • 1.1.3 Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice – no refund. Cancellation of Individual Treatment/Service with less than 14 days’ notice – no refund. It is recommended that the treatment/Service is shared between other Individuals.

1.2 Glo reserves the right to cancel the provision of the Service without notice in case of the illness or other emergency related reasons of a Freelance Therapist/Affiliate or other circumstances beyond its control. Glo shall make reasonable attempts not to cancel the Service but the Client acknowledges that it may not be possible for an alternative Freelance Therapist/Affiliate to attend the Booking. In this circumstance the Client will be offered an alternative day or a full refund will be issued for treatments not received.

1.3 Any refunds due will be repaid back to the original payment method within 10 days of the cancellation date.

1.4 For any substantial changes made to a booking within 30 days of the booking date – (e.g. change of date, change of time) – the client may be charged an administrative fee of £20 per therapist in order to make the changes. Where a location change arises specifically due to accommodation cancellation, clause 7.5 applies in place of this clause.

1.5 Change of Location Due to Accommodation Cancellation

Where a Client has booked a Service at a rented or third-party accommodation and that accommodation is subsequently cancelled or becomes unavailable, the Client must notify Glo as soon as possible. The following will apply:

  • 1.5.1  A £50 administration fee will be charged to cover the cost of rebooking and reallocating Freelance Therapists/Affiliates to a new location. This fee is payable regardless of whether Glo is able to fulfil the rescheduled Booking, as it reflects costs already incurred in administering the change.
  • 1.5.2  Where the Client provides notice of a location change with less than 48 hours before the scheduled Booking, Glo cannot guarantee the availability of the assigned Freelance Therapist(s)/Affiliate(s) at the new location. In such circumstances, Glo will make all reasonable endeavours to fulfil the Booking but if it is unable to do so, no refund will be issued as therapist commitments will already have been confirmed and costs incurred.
  • 1.5.3  Glo recommends that Clients seek appropriate cancellation or travel insurance for rented accommodation to protect against costs arising from third-party cancellations.

1.6 If a gift voucher is purchased and the recipient wants a refund instead and a booking hasn’t yet been made, the client can receive a full refund minus an administrative charge of £20 if the cancellation is made within 6 months of issuing the gift voucher. Clause 7.3 applies to where the refund is issued.
