Office Massage

Revitalise Your Team with corporate Massage Services

In today’s fast-paced world, team wellbeing is more important than ever. Incorporating workplace massage services into your office environment can enhance productivity, boost morale, and relieve stress. At Glo, we have been offering office massage across the UK for nearly 20 years and now with over 850 skilled therapists we support hundreds of employees each year.

Affordable and Convenient Office Massage

Massage at work doesn’t need to be complicated. From just £15 per person, our corporate massage sessions start from a 15-minute, stress-busting treatment. Longer treatments from 20 minutes per person are recommended, but if you are new to office massage, a 15 minute session is a great starting place.

All treatments are received fully clothed, which makes for an easy break from work.  The treatment starts with a short verbal consultation to check for any contraindications, and to establish any key areas for the therapist's focus across the back, neck and shoulder areas - areas that often bear the brunt of desk work.  The treatment will then help to relieve tension and leave employees feeling relaxed and refreshed. Your Glo therapist will communicate with each employee what to expect as well as helping them to sit comfortably in the massage chair.

All we need is a quiet space or a room for your Glo therapist's on-site massage chair, and we’ll take care of the rest. Often relaxing music is also played.  As it is so popular with teams, bi-weekly or monthly corporate massage sessions are recommended depending on the company size. Regular bookings may even enjoy a discounted price or free samples of our other wellness services.

Glo sustains positive working relationships with all clients - some who have continued with glo for regular office massage services across multiple years. Bi weekly / Monthly / Weekly sessions are all available.  Therapist selection is made with your company's culture and ethos considered.

Workplace Massage Benefits: Why Choose Office Massage?

1. Alleviate Physical Strain

The physical demands of desk work can lead to discomfort, particularly in the neck, shoulders, and back. Our specially designed onsite workplace massage targets these problem areas, providing immediate relief from the strain that accumulates during prolonged sitting and computer use.

2. Boost Mental Clarity and Productivity

Massage therapy for your team isn’t just about physical relaxation. It’s also a mental reset. By reducing stress and promoting relaxation, our office massage sessions help team members feel more focused and productive. After a quick massage, everyone will return to their tasks feeling revitalised and energised.

3. Seamless Integration into Office Life

We understand how busy the office can be, which is why we’ve designed our service to be as convenient as possible. The sessions are fully clothed, require minimal space, and can be completed in just 15 minutes, ensuring there’s no disruption to the workday. For offices with limited space, we can even provide shoulder and neck massages directly at your desks.

Frequently asked questions:

  • How long does an office massage session last?

Treatments start from 15 minutes per person. We recommend 20 minutes for the best results.

  • Do employees need to get undressed for an office massage?

No, treatments are received fully clothed

  • How much does office massage cost per person?

Prices start at £15 + VAT per person based on a full day of treatment

  • How much space do you need to set up in our office?

A clear space of around 6.5ft by 6ft is recommended and ideally in a quiet area of the office or small meeting room.

  • How often should we book office massage sessions?

We recommend bi-weekly but also work with clients who have treatments weekly and monthly

  • Do you cover offices outside London?

Yes, we cover the whole of the UK

  • Are your therapists insured and qualified?

Yes, all Glo therapists carry professional public liability insurance, as well as professional qualifications

  • Do we need to provide any equipment?

No, we would ask that a surface is made available for the therapist's products as well as drinking water for both the therapist and employee

  • Can employees book and pay for treatment themselves?

We offer an online booking system for regular clients (companies that book bi weekly for minimum of 6 months). We suggest that if a company wants employees to co-pay, that the company contributes at least 50% of the cost. Our online bookings system allows individuals to book an appointment, pay their portion, cancel, re-schedule, and also book multiple sessions in advance.

  • How does appointment scheduling work?

Glo will provide you with a paper schedule for circulation. It will contain a health disclaimer and request a signature on the day from anyone receiving treatment to confirm there are no medical conditions which are contraindicated

  • Can everyone have a massage, or are there any conditions that mean someone can't?

A short consultation happens before every session to check for anything that would need a Dr's note, or a modified approach, such as recent injuries, certain skin conditions, early pregnancy or specific medical conditions like Epilepsy. If a treatment isn't suitable, your therapist can usually offer an adapted alternative.
