New Health and Safety Measures for Covid-19

Due to Government restrictions on Covid-19, we are currently unable to provide mobile pamper and spa services. We miss our clients and our therapists dearly and we are very much looking forward to returning to work as soon as we are able. We are in the meantime offering outdoor yoga classes and online health and beauty webinars and tutorials. 

In preparation for returning to work we have been working with Health and Beauty Organisations, Industry bodies, Insurance companies and glo therapists to establish additional health and safety measures to ensure that when business resumes treatments are carried out as safely as possible.

Whilst we are still finalising the new measures and awaiting instructions from the Government, we wanted to share with you some of the new measures we expect to include:

Confirmation from glo clients and therapists that they do not have any Covid-19 symptoms leading up to the date of the booking (a consent form will be provided prior to booking date and completed by both client and therapist)

Personal Protective Equipment such as disposable gloves, facial shield / face masks and protective shoe covers must be worn by therapists and face masks for all clients.

Hands to be washed or sterilised by the Client and Therapist in advance of each treatment.

Strict sterilisation of equipment by the therapist and between clients will be undertaken and use of single-use disposable tools/supplies (where possible), along with a reduced menu of treatments.

Clients to provide a well-ventilated space with only one person in the room with the Therapist at any one time. Client and Therapist to adhere to social distancing when not experiencing/giving a treatment.

Once we have more direction from the Government, we will update all therapists and clients with our final plans.
