Yoga class - 60 minutes - £150
Maximum 100 people
The 60 minute online glo yoga class has been designed for all-abilities of yoga and are taught by fully qualified yoga teachers who will demonstrate postures, breathing practices and meditations to improve the state of mind and lower stress levels. The class incorporates simple breathing exercises to help connect the mind and body as well as a series of yoga sequences to warm up, stretch, and strengthen the body. A cooling down relaxation will end the session with a few minutes of guided meditation.
A laptop/computer/tablet, wifi connection and a yoga mat or towel will be required to participate in this class.

45 Minute Online Tai Chi
Online Tai Chi class - 45 minutes - up to 50 people - £150
Often described as “meditation in motion” the Glo Tai Chi Class will help calm the emotions, focus the mind, and strengthen the immune system.
Practiced at a slow and even speed, graceful movements are accompanied by deep circular breathing which reduces stress whilst improving flexibility and balance.
No special clothes are required and this training is suitable for all adults of all ages.

The 60 minute online glo pilates class has been designed for all-abilities of pilates and is taught by a fully qualified pilates teacher who will help improve the state of mind and lower stress levels. The teacher will demonstrate movements to increase flexibility and muscular strength as well as assisting with proper postural alignment and core strength.
A laptop/computer/tablet, wifi connection and a mat or towel will be required to participate in this class.

Online Fitness Class
Fitness class – 45 minutes - Call for Price
Maximum 30 people
Participate in a 45-minute fitness training class online to improve fitness levels and feel great!
With an increase in neck and back pain as well as weight gain due to a more sedentary lifestyle, glo's online fitness classes use Body Weight and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts to get fit, build body strength, and help lose weight.
The principle of HIIT workouts are to increase the heart rate, then rest for a short amount of time, and then go again. Training intervals in this format helps to burn more calories, build core strength (to improve posture), and generally improve fitness levels and body strength.
Participants start the class with mobility training to warm up and are eased into exercise by freeing up muscles and joints which enables a better range of movement. This benefits posture, increases flexibility and reduces risk of injury.
The mid-section of each session provides 15-20 minutes of 2-3 mini circuits that incorporate strengthening exercises, and aims to increase the heart rate. Every area of the body is targeted (Upper body/Core/Legs). The session ends with a 10-minute cool down to gradually bring the heart rate down to its normal resting rate.
This service is suitable for all fitness levels and age ranges. A Glo Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire must be completed online one week prior to the fitness class so that your instructor can review and tailor to any special needs.

A 30 minute online guided meditation to help achieve mental, emotional and physical healing as well as stress-relief.
It is widely believed that meditation can help to cultivate a more steady, clear and positive state of mind. And so by practicing meditation we can help to improve many aspects of our lives. Cultivating self-understanding, understanding of others, ability to handle difficulties resulting in a more peaceful life experience.
A quiet space, comfortable clothing, computer/laptop/tablet/phone with wifi connection will be required to participate in this activity.

Online Mindfulness Webinar - 60 minutes - up to 100 people - £450
Scientifically proven to reduce stress, Glo’s mindfulness workshops provide the tools to bring mindfulness self-awareness into daily life; to reduce stress and improve productivity. Regular mindfulness practice helps stress, depression, anxiety, can improve concentration,
and insomnia.
Each workshop or webinar will provide an introduction to mindfulness, how it has become a modern discipline and how it fits into your work
environment. The workshops include short meditations teaching a series of techniques which can be used to achieve positive outcomes
on the given theme. With an opportunity for questions and answers, a handout is also given to individuals specific to the workshop with
