Online Employee Wellbeing Programmes

The Coronavirus crisis has hugely impacted the way we all work and as such staff are now navigating the "new normal" of working from home. The practicalities of working from home comes with its own set of challenges that can directly affect employee wellbeing. 

With this in mind, we have created a range of online employee wellbeing webinars and classes to support the health and wellbeing of your employees, all to assist with building resilience, boosting immunity and helping to alleviate stress. All classes and workshops can be accessed  by clicking on a link that will be sent to you for a pre-agreed date and time. Each class/webinar is exclusive to your employees/those guests you have invited. Access to a laptop or computer will be required for all classes/workshops.

Online Yoga and Pilates Classes - 30, 45 or 60 minutes – up 100 participants
Our classes have been designed for all-abilities of yoga/pilates and are taught by fully qualified yoga /pilates teachers who will demonstrate postures, breathing practices and meditations to improve the state of mind and lower stress levels. Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or towel will be required.  

Online Guided Meditations – 15, 30 or 45 minutes – up to 100 participants
Assist your team in achieving mental, emotional and physical healing as well as stress-relief with an online guided meditation. Staff members will be instructed to relax specific muscles in the body until they are comfortable and will then be lead through mental images and visualizations. Our online guided meditations can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 45 minutes. We recommend a quiet space and a chair to experience a meditation.

Mindfulness Webinar – 45 or 60 minutes – up to 100 participants
Alleviate fear and anxiety and cultivate a sense of peace and relaxation through our Mindfulness webinar. The webinar includes an introduction to mindfulness and where it comes from along with an understanding of how mindfulness can support positive mental health. The webinar will also guide the group through a series of short meditations which be used to cultivate a positive state of mind and participants will be given useful advice on how to manage difficult thoughts and emotions. Attendees will also be able to download Information offering additional sources of learning and support along with exercises to do mindfully at home. We recommend employees have a note book and pen handy for the session.

Nutrition Webinar – 30 minutes – up to 100 participants
Boost immunity and healthy eating choices whilst working from home with a 30 minute nutrition webinar. Hosted by an experienced Naturopath, participants will be educated on how to make good food choices to boost immunity, they will be given advice on ready-made meals that can be prepared should anyone get sick as well as information what they can eat if they do get sick. Finally, attendees will learn about the foods to eat as part of a recovery plan and to help build strength. Employees will also be given information sheets that they can download.   We suggest staff members bring a notepad and pen to the workshop. 1-2-1 sessions for specific dietary needs or health conditions are also available upon request.

Building Resilience Webinar – 30, 45 or 60 minutes – up to 100 participants
Build resilience at times of stress and learn how to manage stress whilst working at home. The webinar will help participants identify the types of stress, their stressors and they will learn about the effects of ruminating versus taking positive action. Participants will also be taught strategies on how to manage stress along with a deeply relaxing and positive mental attitude hypnotherapy session. We recommend employees have a notepad and pen handy for this session

Working from Home Webinar– 30, 45 or 60 minutes – up to 100 participants
Our Working from Home webinar specifically focuses on maintaining healthy relationships whilst working from home. This webinar will highlight the importance of connection to mental health and will also offer suggestions of ways to keep in touch. The pressure of living in close quarters will also be addressed along with information on the importance of good communication (discussion vs conflict). Participants will also be given advice on how to deal with conflict. 1-2-1 therapy sessions online for anyone suffering anxiety issues or relationship problems are also available upon request.
