We've run a series of wellbeing days for L'Oréal across the UK this year. The centrepiece was a full wellbeing day in Bury, featuring tai chi, meditation, pilates, breathwork & stretch, a sound bath, a nutrition workshop and a mindfulness session - alongside further dates in Nottingham (reflexology, sound baths and tai chi), taster yoga classes, and on-site office massage.
