The Groom Edit is a no-fuss, results-focused at-home spa experience designed to leave you feeling sharp, relaxed, and completely ready for the big day. Whether you're a regular spa-goer or this is a first, The Groom Edit is built around what actually works - targeted tension relief, skin prep, and a calm, unhurried hour and a half that strips away the pre-wedding stress without any unnecessary fuss.

Delivered by a professional Glo therapist to your home, the wedding venue, or the accommodation, The Groom Edit needs nothing from you except a comfortable space and the time to fully switch off. Everything else - products, equipment, and linens - comes with the therapist.

What's Included in The Groom Edit

Treatment 1 — 60-Minute De-Stress Massage

• Full focus on the back, shoulders, and neck - where men carry the most tension
• Choice of deep pressure or Swedish massage depending on preference
• Designed to release physical tension built up in the lead-up to the wedding

Treatment 2 — 30-Minute Grooming Treatment (your choice)

The groom chooses one of the following at the time of booking:

• Option A — Grooming Facial
  • Deep cleanse, exfoliation, and moisturise
  • Targeted at skin prep - reducing redness, clearing pores, and hydrating ahead of the wedding day
  • No fuss, no frills - just clearer, better-prepared skin
• Option B — Hand & Nail Treatment
  • Male grooming manicure - soak, exfoliate, cuticle tidy, buff, and hydrate
  • No polish - just clean, neat, camera-ready hands
  • A low-key but thoughtful finish for the wedding day

The Groom Edit isn't about elaborate rituals - it's about giving him the space to properly decompress before one of the biggest days of his life. The 60-minute massage works methodically through the shoulders, neck, and back, releasing the physical tension that builds during the weeks of planning and logistical pressure that tend to fall to the groom. The grooming treatment - whether facial or hands - is deliberately straightforward: effective, purposeful, and designed to leave him looking and feeling his best without overcomplicating it.

It also works well as part of a wider pre-wedding spa day when booked alongside The Bride Edit or The Almost Married Edit, making it easy for the couple to share a relaxing hour or two together before the wedding.

What does The Groom Edit include?
A 90-minute at-home spa experience with a 60-minute de-stress massage focused on your back, shoulders, and neck (choice of deep pressure or Swedish), followed by a 30-minute grooming treatment. You choose between a grooming facial (cleanse, exfoliation, moisturise) or a hand and nail treatment (soak, exfoliate, cuticle tidy, buff, and hydrate). All products, equipment, and linens are provided.

Do I need to choose the facial or hand treatment in advance?
Yes - the choice is made at the time of booking so your therapist can bring the right products. The facial is the more popular option for skin prep ahead of photography; the hand and nail treatment is ideal if your hands will be prominent during the ceremony or ring shots.

When should I book before the wedding?
Two to five days before works well - close enough that you feel the benefits on the day, with enough time for your skin to settle after the facial if that's the option you've chosen.

Can I book The Groom Edit alongside The Bride Edit on the same day?
Yes. Two therapists would be required - one for each of you. Get in touch with the Glo team to discuss logistics and confirm availability for a combined booking.

• Packages and treatments are subject to availability. If your first choice isn’t available, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Full payment is required before the booking date. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• A £20 admin fee applies to bookings made within 14 days of the event.
• An additional £20 fee applies for Sunday and/or Bank Holiday bookings.
