60 minute CLASS | £175 | MAX 20 IN PERSON OR 100 ONLINE

Incorporate wellness into your team day with a Glo Yoga Class. This session includes a vinyasa yoga flow, which is all about the flow and the glow. Flow, because the poses run smoothly from one to the other alongside the breath and glow because it is a little more dynamic than some traditional styles of yoga. Physically this system of yoga stretches, releases and re-energises the body; while mentally synchronised breathing relaxes the chatter of your mind (a bit like mindfulness) and helps to release energy to flow throughout the body.

Your yoga class will start with some simple breathing techniques to help connect the mind and body and a series of yoga sequences will then be practised to warm up, stretch, strengthen and bring heat to the body. The session concludes with a calming relaxation and a few minutes of guided meditation to leave you feeling centred.

Yoga class - 60 minutes  - £150

The 60 minute online glo yoga class has been designed for all-abilities of yoga and are taught by fully qualified yoga teachers who will demonstrate postures, breathing practices and meditations to improve the state of mind and lower stress levels.   The class incorporates simple breathing exercises to help connect the mind and body as well as  a series of yoga sequences to  warm up, stretch, and strengthen the body. A cooling down relaxation will end the session with a few minutes of guided meditation. 

A laptop/computer/tablet, wifi connection and a yoga mat or towel will be required to participate in this class.

Online Tai Chi class - 45 minutes - up to 50 people - £175

Often described as “meditation in motion” the Glo Tai Chi Class will help calm the emotions, focus the mind, and strengthen the immune system.

Practiced at a slow and even speed, graceful movements are accompanied by deep circular breathing which reduces stress whilst improving flexibility and balance.

No special clothes are required and this training is suitable for all adults of all ages. 

glo's desk ergonomics advice is provided within the principles of Osteopathy. Our osteopath has a dedicated training in Desk ergonomics and provides comprehensive 1-2-1 assessments and advice, as well as workshops.

1-2-1 sessions provide advice on setting up their desk - taking into account any back problems or RSI issues and will also provide an advice sheet which is compliant with Health and Safety regulations.

Each workshop is 45 minutes and provides the group with a visual presentation on the structural design of our bodies, how they are supposed to work best, how working at desks over long hours can cause physical problems, and how to resolve these problems.

We can provide a handout for each individual at the workshop which provides simple desk exercises to do at their desks which can help to alleviate some of the problems caused by sedentary habits of desk based work.

Pilates class - 60 minutes  - £150
Maximum 100 people 

The 60 minute online glo pilates class has been designed for all-abilities of pilates and is taught by a fully qualified pilates teacher who will help improve the state of mind and lower stress levels.  The teacher will demonstrate movements to increase flexibility and muscular strength as well as assisting with proper postural alignment and core strength.

Fitness class – 45 minutes - Call for Price
Maximum 30 people 

Participate in a 45-minute fitness training class online to improve fitness levels and feel great!

With an increase in neck and back pain as well as weight gain due to a more sedentary lifestyle, glo's online fitness classes use Body Weight and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts to get fit, build body strength, and help lose weight.

The principle of HIIT workouts are to increase the heart rate, then rest for a short amount of time, and then go again. Training intervals in this format helps to burn more calories, build core strength (to improve posture), and generally improve fitness levels and body strength.

Participants start the class with mobility training to warm up and are eased into exercise by freeing up muscles and joints which enables a better range of movement. This benefits posture, increases flexibility and reduces risk of injury.

The mid-section of each session provides 15-20 minutes of 2-3 mini circuits that incorporate strengthening exercises, and aims to increase the heart rate. Every area of the body is targeted (Upper body/Core/Legs).  The session ends with a 10-minute cool down to gradually bring the heart rate down to its normal resting rate.

This service is suitable for all fitness levels and age ranges.  A Glo Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire must be completed online one week prior to the fitness class so that your instructor can review and tailor to any special needs.

Your Glo make up artist will teach participants two on-trend looks:  how to perfect contouring and also how to create the perfect smokey eye. The teacher will talk attendees through how to achieve each look on themselves and/or others. It will include information on to how to care for hair, how to make homemade hair masks/ oils, tips on whether to use home dye or not and other hair growth stimulation advice.  Attendees will require access to a phone/tablet/laptop/computer and wifi to participate.  Information on how to prepare for the tutorial will be sent in advance.

Breathe, stretch, and unwind with Glo’s one-hour Spa To You Yoga Class - a calming and inclusive session suitable for all levels of experience. Your expert yoga instructor will guide your group through a tailored practice designed to ground, energise, and relax.

Mats and equipment can be provided, and up to 8 participants can join. For larger groups, please contact us to discuss options. A clear, quiet space is needed to hold the class.

From just £85 per person, your private chef will freshly prepare, cook and serve your menu by taking over your kitchen and equipment in the home.

On the day

• Your chef will arrive approximately 2 hours before the start of service, along with all the ingredients needed to cook your chosen meal in your kitchen. 
• The chef will cook and serve each dish to you – and they’re happy to pass on some tips if you want to improve your own cookery!
• Before leaving, the chef will ensure the kitchen has been cleaned.
