Sound Bath
A deeply immersive experience of rest and restoration — guided by expert practitioners using resonant instruments. In a world that rarely stops, a Sound Bath offers your team something increasingly rare: genuine permission to pause. No experience needed. No effort required.
What Is a Sound Bath?
Participants lie or sit comfortably while a practitioner plays a carefully chosen sequence of instruments — gongs, singing bowls, chimes — creating a rich, layered soundscape that washes over the room. Unlike other wellness experiences that ask something of you, a Sound Bath requires nothing. There is no correct way to feel, no posture to hold, no focus to maintain. The sound does the work. The frequencies interact with the nervous system to slow the body's stress response and encourage a state of genuine stillness — one that many participants describe as the deepest rest they've felt in months. People arrive carrying the weight of the day and leave noticeably lighter.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL "We asked Glo to provide yoga and sound bath sessions for our conference. We had a number of sessions, including an early morning session for each. My colleagues really enjoyed having the wellbeing element as part of our conference session and felt relaxed and calm heading into a day of interactive sessions. Adelya (yoga) & Lilita (sound bath) were professional, on time and very passionate about their sessions and clients' well-being. I’d highly recommend Glo for corporate events." — Jazz Pharma |

A Sound Bath is not a passive add-on. It is an intentional act of care — a message to your people that their rest matters as much as their output.
