If you do not live in Glasgow but are thinking about celebrating in this majestic of Scottish cities, then we have put together some suggestions that we hope will make planning your weekend a little easier:
|Titan Crane Bungee Jump||Glo Pamper Party||15 Hotel||Sugarcube Club|
Being the largest city in Scotland its really no surprise at all that Glasgow has just a ton of things to do and whether you want to party into the wee hours or fancy something a little more cultural - it really does have it all.
Accommodation is plentiful in Glasgow and offers something for any budget. We give a big thumbs up to The Spires who offer beautifully serviced apartments or if you are looking for something more boutique and B&B then 15 Glasgow is just gorgeous.
The Scottish are known for their sense of adventure and with all that outdoor space there are plenty of thrill seeking activities in Glasgow and the surrounding areas ranging from the Titan Crane Bungee Jump to Quad Biking and not forgetting White Water Rafting. If you haven't got the stomach for all things adrenaline, then The Willow Tea Rooms may be worth a visit for a quiet afternoon sipping tea and scoffing sandwiches and cakes (yum yum).
With over 1,5000 shops then Glasgow really is shoppers paradise, but if we are to handpick some places to visit then Buchanan Galleries (Glasgow's newest and largest offering) has 80 shops for you to do some damage with the credit card or if you fancy something that offers vintage and independent/boutique style shops (and cobbled streets) then head west to The Great Western Road.
When it comes to nightlife - boy will you have trouble deciding on where to go! To save having to do much in the way of walking we suggest you head for the Merchant City area where Koolba offers an mix of Indian and Persian dishes (sooo scrummy) or The Urban Brasserie for those wanting something a little more British. For those wishing to dance the night away then you can try The Corinthian which has bars and clubs spread over 5 floors.
We hope we have helped give you some inspiration. For more info on our pamper parties in Glasgow and the surrounding areas then please get in touch.
We also provide mobile beauty and wellbeing services for offices and corporate events and we can put together a bespoke quote to match your brief and budget so please pick up the phone and say hello!
